The day I first saw my new home, Jessica was on a weekend trip, but I knew I wanted to see this house (great price, location, and had just gotten back on the market). Jessica got in touch with her colleague, Ted, and they were able to get a time on a Sunday for me to see the house. I knew as soon as I walked in that it was the house for me. I jokingly said “would it be bad if I found my house and Jessica isn’t even here.” Without missing a beat, Ted said “All she cares about is you finding your dream home.” The two other houses I saw that day (at the 8 before) quickly became non-contenders. That afternoon I texted Jessica that I wanted to make an offer on the house, hours later (as she was driving back from her vacation) she had an offer written up and we had it sent to the sellers that evening. The next day my offer was accepted and things were getting real! I knew I was ready to buy a home, but the process was moving a bit faster than I anticipated (was under contract a whopping 5 days into looking at homes). Those first time jitters were real, but Jessica helped me to remain calm and her knowledge was very reassuring throughout the entire process. A ridiculously short 30 days later, i got the keys to my new home. Jessica was there to help me celebrate as well. She continues to check in and provide recommendations for people/companies that I need for work/services around the house. Seriously, I can not recommend Jessica enough.
