Jessica was amazing to work with! As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing. Jessica explained the process as many times as we needed it (which was a lot) and would always answer our calls/texts. She was very transparent about her schedule and availability and made sure to make our needs a priority. When it came time to put offers in she helped us to put competitive offers that would stand a chance in this market without sacrificing our budget. We found our dream home and because of her great communication with our mortgage broker, the listing agent, and us, she wrote our offer that beat out 9 others (one of which being a cash offer)!
