After having worked with another agent, Jess and i went through nightmares to correct everything. I am very grateful and sincerely grateful for her help. Jess is kind, patient and always willing to help. Jess goes above and beyond the call of duty. I truly believe that if it weren't for her my home wouldn't have sold. She just never gave up. Jess is more than a realtor. She takes the time to listen and understand what is happening with you as a person. If i were to sell or buy a home again in Florida, i would call Jess in a heart beat. This lady busts her butt to make sure your needs are met. Jess knows she is and was my angel during this period of time. There isn't anything she didn't try to make sure all was in order. Jess is very professional and communicates with you on everything. i recommend her 100%. One thing she taught me repeatedly was how the market was at that time.
