Jessica was very professional with a calm and friendly demeanor! As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions and she handled them with style and grace! All the while not making me feel embarrassed to ask. She was available whenever we needed to chat. I never felt like I was waiting to hear back. She always has the task handled, I never had to ask! Jessica showed she was with us for the long haul right from the beginning. Jessica came highly recommended to me by a friend/ co-worker who had used her in the past. She did not disappoint! Jessica helped locate homes for us to view long distance. This was our second time working with Jessica. We first met her four years ago when purchasing our first home. This was during the height of the pandemic, I was pregnant, and we were stationed out of state - all conditions which left the opportunity for a lot to go wrong. Jessica answered every single question we had along the way and was extremely on top of any listings we sent her. Homes were flying off the market the same day they were listed at that point, so it was amazing to have a realtor who was so dedicated and responsive. She helped us purchase our first beautiful home without any issues. It was only logical that we have her sell our home when new orders came up. We dealt with several issues, through no fault of ours or hers, and she was quick to deal with them. We moved out of state before the house sold and she was clear with communication and constantly kept us updated. She makes the entire process as stress-free as possible, whether buying or selling. We highly recommend her to everyone and have referred several friends. She is truly a gem in the Charleston real-estate market

She went above and beyond to get our house sold. She was fantastic through every step, knowing awesome people for pictures and home repairs. Every update for our sale was communicated as soon as they happened. I would 100% have her be my agent again in the future.
