The first houses we have look at my boyfriend and i decided on one that day and Jess let us know that’s we can make an offer for more than just one. We just made one offer on the house we like. We did inspections and for that home and my boyfriend and I decided to no longer move Forward with the home. We told our agent we didn’t have the fund for down payment and the home need a lot of work and my boyfriend and I didn’t have the funds for that neither. For Jess to help us she suggested to meet in person to talk about exactly what my boyfriend and I want. We need up and we talk about what my bf and I had questions with, they helped with what we can afford, and what are looking for in a house. My boyfriend and I felt relieved about our funds and what our budget should be while looking for a home. Next time around looking for home was way smoother and easier for us we founded our home. Everything for the closing when so smoothly and stressless. Jess always told us to not stress and have her take over the stressing. Overall I have a good experience with my home buying with jess, she is honest with us and helpful. I wouldn’t want to which agent even if we had to.
