Being a 1st time home seller I had no idea what I was doing. I had spoken to other Realtors who seemed short, disinterested and low balled the value to make a quick sale. I spoke with Jessica and had a completely different experience. She sat down and explained the value of the house based on recent sales, gave me a game plan on how we would market and sell, and put forward a 2 week, 1 months and 2 month plan on what we would change at these times. Jessica was very professional, easily accessible, and made it very clear through actions that she was committed to me and my needs. I would definitely use Jessica and house hunters again and I recommend her to anyone looking for a house or looking to sell one.
