Jessica was the best when it came to finding our home! She really represented us well during the whole process, and was always available to answer any questions we had. We were considering moving to or building a larger home, and a mutual friend introduced us to Jessica. Jessica took the time to sit with us and listen to all of our must haves. Which were way over a dozen and included several not so common home requirements. Jessica wrote down everything on our list and emailed us that evening saying she had found the perfect home. After reading the listing and seeing the home, we agreed, she had found the perfect home. In fact it was even better than what we would have ever imagined and was in a nearby city that we would not have known about had she not shown us. Finding the perfect house was just beginning of an absolutely amazing home buying and selling process. Jessica sat with us again and spent an ample amount of time telling us exactly what to do to sell our current home, she held a successful open house and scheduled multiple showings. Jessica sold our current home in 4 days!!! We had bought a home before but we had never sold one so we did not know quite what to expect. Throughout this complicated process of buying and selling simultaneously, she managed our expectations through every step. So much so, we very rarely had to ask any questions because she had already answered them before we asked. But when we did have a question she got back to us right away and made every moment of the process so smooth. Jessica is honest, genuine, thorough and patient. She is a woman of integrity and grace. She is an outstanding real estate agent and an even better person. We absolutely love our new home so much. There is at least one moment everyday that we think of Jessica and are thankful we met her. Her hard work, commitment and passion are the reasons we found our dream home.
