I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to caution others about this agent. Residing in Georgia, my husband and I hired Jessica Abbott Muller to handle the sale of our Miramar Beach beachfront condo due to her association with the condo management company that had done an exceptional job. However, she acted on both sides of the deal, (transactional realtor), resulting in a significantly higher profit for herself than usual, however she was very poor in her communication and working with both seller who contracted with her for the sale, and the buyer who it seemed she had a personal connection with, and prioritized their needs over ours throughout the ENTIRE PROCESS. Despite her assurance that the listing price was appropriate and achievable, we disagreed on it later, as it was only to the benefit of the buyer. The quality of the photos she took were poor, with overexposure issues, and she offered no solution for this. She attempted to introduce additional costs to us, the sellers, such as replacing all the storm windows in the unit unnecessarily. Her actions, and the way she handled the negotiations led to hostility from the buyers towards us due to her untrue statements and blaming the sellers, (us), for not agreeing to pay for additional repairs. Moreover, she inadvertently shared an email mentioning her preference for the absence of people from Atlanta, (us), on the beaches. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. After reaching out to her broker, Carmella, the only resolution provided was for the broker to manage the remaining duration of the sales transaction and closing. My husband and I opted for this resolution, as we did not want any further communication with Jessica due to the severity of the situation. I urge you to research thoroughly when selecting an agent and choose one who prioritizes your best interests. We do not recommend this agent, at all. Not a trustworthy agent!
