My husband and I just recently moved to California when we started looking for a house so we didn't know anything about the area. Jessica was simply the best resource we had in our corner throughout the entire process of buying our home. She was very knowledgeable about the Orange County area and kept us informed constantly of new properties that might be a good fit. Her patience was admirable as we looked at so many properties and were rather picky about what we wanted. When we would make an offer, she was responsive and fast-acting to give us the best chance. When we finally found the right home for the right price, it was a foreclosure property owned by a holding company. Knowing the reputation of transactions like these, Jessica still helped us win the offer. We were forced to deal with an unmotivated seller and the worst escrow/title company that could possibly still be in business, but Jessica and her team helped facilitate every step in the process. They went to bat daily on our behalf to push on the lender, HOA, seller, and escrow to make sure we were able to close. I would highly recommend Jessica as someone you can trust to be tenacious and help navigate the often complicated process of buying a home.
