I had a good experience with Jessica as my real estate agent. She always actively communicated with me by giving me detailed information on all of the houses we were looking at and answered my questions quickly whenever I had them. I could always just dial her number whenever I had a question or concern. I didn't feel pressured to make offers or to pass on homes I didn't really want. In fact, I impulsively put an offer on a house that I wasn't crazy about and she was very empathetic and understanding when I decided to call her to tell her I was backing out, which was a difficult thing to do. We went through the offer process twice before I ended up in a home that I love that is a perfect fit and she was patient through that process. I didn't feel any judgement or criticism even though I know I made my own mistakes during the home buying process. I wouldn't hesitate to use her as an agent again.
