Jessica was our eyes and ears when we asked her to check some properties that we couldn't personally visit. In fact, we bought our property based exclusively on her professional opinion of it. We developed a collegial relationship with her over the years as she persisted in sending us property details as they became available. After we purchased our property, Jessica continued to assist us as she volunteered to let workers into our property to complete some required improvements. Even after a couple month have lapsed, Jessica still touches base with us to see if we need anything. It's great to have her as a resource.
Jess was incredible to work with! She was extremely helpful in the selection process and gave great advice when I had a hard time comparing each house I saw. Our offer process was longer than expected and Jess made sure we stayed on track. She kept in constant communication with me and the seller’s agent to make sure things were moving along and successfully got us to our closing date. I had a good experience with Jessica as my real estate agent. She always actively communicated with me by giving me detailed information on all of the houses we were looking at and answered my questions quickly whenever I had them. I could always just dial her number whenever I had a question or concern. I didn't feel pressured to make offers or to pass on homes I didn't really want. In fact, I impulsively put an offer on a house that I wasn't crazy about and she was very empathetic and understanding when I decided to call her to tell her I was backing out, which was a difficult thing to do. We went through the offer process twice before I ended up in a home that I love that is a perfect fit and she was patient through that process. I didn't feel any judgement or criticism even though I know I made my own mistakes during the home buying process. I wouldn't hesitate to use her as an agent again.
