Jessica took me to multiple houses in all different cities on 2 different occasions. We drove around quite a bit. We finally found the house we loved and put the offer in. A few days before we were scheduled to close we got hit with snow. We needed our fireplace inspected and people weren't able to go out because of the snow. Jessica went to the house and got someone to certify the fire place right before we closed. She made sure we were not going to lose out on our perfect home and went above and beyond with us.

Jessica was fabulous in helping us find the perfect home in this crazy market. She listened to our needs and helped us stay on budget! We had 2 other realtors before her who kept trying to get us to look at houses out of our budget which was super frustrating and then Jessica came in and truly helped us find a beautiful home for our growing family. She was honest and didn’t try to get us to buy the first house we saw or talk us into anything at all. She made it a truly easy and wonderful experience.

Jessica was great to work with when selling our home. She created a detailed presentation and market analysis to help us understand the price for which to list the house. She was very proactive in hosting open houses. She kept us updated as to any interest shown in the house and promptly provided us with buyer feedback any time someone toured the house. She always responded to any questions/concerns in a very timely manner. She stayed on top of the negotiations with the purchase offer and provided valuable input to help us decide to how respond to offers and requests from the buyers.
