Jessica was considerate, understood exactly what we needed, and did everything we asked, and more! She found wonderful properties for us to view, did her research for each house and its surrounding area. She even helped negotiate the price down for us! She was available to us at all hours which we appreciated as we work nights, and always responded instantly! She helped us find inspectors and was transparent on every recommendation. We could not be happier, and will only ever work with Jessica. She truly is one in a million and genuinely put in more effort to find our dream home than we did. 10/10 would recommend!
