We interviewed 3 realtors and we decided on Jessica because of her knowledge of Phoenixville and the market, her understanding of our needs and her responsiveness. To say Jessica went above and beyond for us is an understatement. She made the process so easy in a competitive market and with the stress of three young kids. She understood that we needed the process to go quickly and seamlessly although our wish list was a bit beyond our budget realistically. She found a fit that checked all the boxes and made the purchase happen for us despite our first offer being rejected. We have been in our new home for almost 2 years and I still say a prayer of thanks to Jess every single day. As a bonus she is very enjoyable to spend time with!
