Jessica was a huge help! We were relocating from out of state and completely new to the Boulder area. Jessica and her business partner spent the better part of a weekend touring homes with us and giving a good introduction to all the local towns and communities. Once we were ready to make an offer, Jessica was there every step of the way, recommending local lenders, keeping us on schedule, and making sure closing went smoothly. Moving across the country is a huge ordeal, but Jessica's professionalism and deep knowledge of the local communities gave us confidence through the whole process.
