Thus this self professed picky client gives 5 stars! I was looking for an expert who would on one hand help me find what I wanted/needed but also be willing to be patient. I not only got both of those but it’s like working with Jessica and her team came with a bonus package! I found Jessica as both a compelling and caring guide. Her assistant, Misti, was a breath of fresh air - easy to be with and catered to what I needed. It’s the small things that are huge — availability, extra house visits, revisiting the particulars, help with a long list of questions. Cleaning, staging and professional photos made my listing stand out above the rest and contracted and closed quicker then all the other homes on the market in that neighborhood. Jessica and her team were great to work with. Preparing our house to sell was minimal on our part, they took care of everything. The house looked amazing and we got an offer after the first weekend. The market for buying was competitive, but I was able to look at houses as soon as they were listed. They worked with my schedule to look at houses anytime and day. When I was ready to put my offer in, Jessica wrote me a competitive offer and saved me thousands of dollars negotiating.
