I live and work f/t in Santa Barbara so I knew it was going to be quite a challenge to sell my house in Atascadero. Jessica was there for me, all the way, taking care of so many details, handling the tenants with skill and understanding, helping me make the right decisions. It really amazes me that, in looking back, I never once had to travel up to Atascadero. Without Jessica I honestly do not know how I would have accomplished such a project. Jessica was quite literally, AMAZING! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and since we were first time home buyers, there were a lot of them. We were blown away at her willingness to meet us at the drop of a hat to show us each and every home in our price range, and then some!
