I found Jessica after a horrible experience with another realtor group. I almost lost hope but she swooped in and was my realtor angel. She sold my house fast was honest about what we needed to do and worked fast with me even willing to come over evenings and help do whatever I needed. After selling my house she helped me find my new house making the experience so much better than I guarantee it would have been with anyone else. It doesn't matter if you are buying or selling, having Jessica on your side will save you time, money, headaches and give you a good laugh (which in sometimes invaluable during the stressful parts). We we purchasing a house in PHX and selling our home in Denver. Not only did Jessica look out for our best interests with the selling of our Denver home, she worked closely with our PHX agent and lender to ensure the entire transaction was as smooth as possible (not just the part that had her commision check). She is a great communicator, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and just a genuine person (which is rare in today's world). She makes it very easy to put your trust in her to get the job done and never came close to letting us down. It never felt like a business transaction, she made the entire situation feel like she was a friend looking out for her friend's best interest. Jessica is great she definitely went above and beyond! This was my first time selling a house! I learned a lot! Jessica was great through the whole process! She was super professional the whole time even when the buyers agent was far from professional. When then inspection report came back and said my roof had issues. It was shocking my house was only 3 years old. She did some research and hunted down the Richmond warranty person and turns out my shingles had been recalled but they didn’t notify anyone. She coordinated everything for the roof and it got replaced in 3 days! I highly recommend Jessica! It’s going to be weird not talking to her almost everyday.
