Absolutely wonderful! As a first time home buyer, looking to use a VA loan, I had no idea what questions to ask, or what direction to go. Jessica, Jaime, and the rest of the 411 team were very accommodating and made themselves available to me day or night. They guided me through the wilderness until I found a safe haven, then stood behind me through closing. This is my retirement home, so I hope to never have to shop for a house again.
