Jessica had every bit of experience we were needing to search for a home and to answer the many questions we had when we had found one we wanted to purchase. She was honest on all potential issues that could pop up and provided a great path to buy the house we wanted at a fair price and with details included in our contract to protect us on our purchase. She also did an incredible job of listing our house, from the listing itself to her excellent communication, and personability throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend every time.

Selling with Jessica was the great a decision! We were selling our first home to move to a new market which came with its own set of hurdles. Jessica made selling our home so easy. If we ever had to buy or sell in the Wamego area again, we will definitely be contacting Jessica to help with that process.

Jessica is the ultimate professional. She has great communication skills. She also made me feel as though I was her only client. She was always willing to talk with me and always made me feel as if she "heard" me. She was in a tough position because my husband and I had very different opinions about the timeline for buying and the type of house we wanted. Jessica was able to listen to both of us and find us a home that was such a great compromise for both of us that it doesn't feel like a compromise! I will use Jessica again if/when we list the home we purchased.
