It has been an honor and pleasure to work with Jessica on the remodel and selling of our rental home. She truly is a professional in her field. Jessica worked with us on color selections, permitting issues with the county, and selection of appliances to put in the house. She even went above and beyond by locating contractors when all my sources had no availability to perform work that was needed. Jessica was also a great motivator when I grew tired of constantly working on the house every weekend. She would continually give me little pep talks to keep the momentum going forward. In the end she created the final sale plan, developed an online slide show, brought in her own belongings to stage the house, and even gave up time with her family to show the house on Sundays. We achieved the desired price for the house and Jessica was there to help us through the all final processes.

What I like most about Jessica is her high level of responsiveness combined with appropriate amount of pleasantness. She got back to me immediately on any questions and requests I had, and not once did I feel any sales pressure from her. She is thorough on following up on issues that came up during the buying process, staying on top of coordinating with the mortgage broker and keeping me in the loop at all times. While I know she has other clients, it did not feel that way because of how responsive, diligent and proactive she was with me. She is also knowledgeable about the market in the various areas I was considering as I was relocating from California, helping me understand the pros/cons and the real estate trends in the local area of various property types I was looking at. Overall, I found Jessica to be very professional and knowledgeable and will certainly retain her as my agent for future purchases.
