June and I met Jessica when she showed us our new home. I explained the offer I had from one of those "No Hassle, guaranteed offer" realtors and my concern that when their inspection was finished the offer would not meet our needs. She looked at some photos of our old home that I had on my phone and told me that if the offer did not work out she was sure she could find the offer that we needed to get the deal done.
