We got lucky and found her through an internet search for local realtors. She contacted us first. She immediately wanted to come to visit our home and meet us in person! She listed our house 9/11 and three days later she held a 2 hour open-house, and made cookies for visitors! We went under contract the next morning ! Over asking price!
