Jessica is hands-down the best realtor I have worked with. She is extremely professional and anticipates your every need. My husband and I were looking for our first home and had a basic understanding of the purchasing process, however, Jessica still took us to the next level. In today's market it was difficult to find a home and then more difficult to get it under contract. She was constantly working with us, informing us of her plans and what she needed from us as buyers. Often times I would even notice that she would be trying to find us the best deal or negotiating on our behalf before we even asked. What more could you want from a realtor. Jessica has been our first choice to sell our home as we have worked with her couple of years ago and this is our third real-estate transaction with her. She has been very creative in selling our home as ours was the only home to be sold in the neighborhood where there are currently 5 active listing by the time I write this review. If I could give Jess six stars I would. As a real estate attorney, I've worked with my fair share of real estate agents; but Jess has something extra. Quick responding and problem solving, she'll get the deal to done. I wouldn't have been able to close on my dream home without her.
