Jessica Horwatt

We worked with Jessica when purchasing our new home in Anchorage, AK. My wife and I have opposite schedules so that made it hard to do a lot of things together. Jessica made it a point from the beginning to meet with us face to face, which I’m sure was at the expense of her own personal time. When looking at houses, we had a lot of questions and were faced with a lot of convoluted stipulations as to what we could and couldn’t buy. On the one hand we were on a pretty tight budget and on the other hand we had to fit the property we were looking at within the VA guidelines. She was patient in explaining to us the processes we would have to go through, (and she never stopped being patient even when we had asked the same questions over the course of our search) as well as helpful in the explaining ways to get around committing or time and money on inspections, or things of that sort, for every house we were interested in. We called in friends and favors and exhausted every resource we had before making our decisions and it usually only costed a cup of coffee or two??. Once we finally decided on a house, she was in constant communication with us and other parties. She got us timelines and documents we needed fast. She did this even at the reluctance of other parties and at the expense of her own vacation time. I am extremely thankful, impressed, and beyond satisfied with the professionalism she has displayed. In my opinion, she exceeds the requirements of her duty and treats her clients as family and that is what we would consider Jessica Horwatt is to us. Family. Thank you so much!
