They presented to us what they could offer as a service and were not at all pushy so that we choose them. They let their credentials do the talking. Upon signing up with them, they were very detail oriented and had a team that would take care of everything from cleaning to inspections to decorating. You name it and they had a person for it all. Once the offers started pouring in (some even before the listing went live), they had our best interest in mind and gave us the best advice on when to accept or reject offers that were coming our way. Steve and Jessica made my dream come true. I found a house that I fell in love with but there was a catch. I had to sell my condo "yesterday" or the latest "today". I called Jessica on Friday evening and to get long story short (there is no long story hahaha) they had my condo listed on Sunday, multiple showings on Monday and we had an offer which we accepted on Tuesday. We used Steve and Jessica when we were looking to purchase a home. We were relocating back from Texas. They came highly recommended by a friend What you’ll be getting with them: 1. Connections & relationships. Steve knows literally everyone in the Irvine market, be it realtors, loan agents, construction, blinds guy - and though it’s not his job to do so - he still stays connected as we work remodeling and such. Best thing is - each listing I came to - everyone knew him like a celebrity. He’s gotten the top agent in Irvine - so his name comes with credibility when you’re fighting for a home in a tight market 2. Knowledge - they are extremely knowledgeable about anything related to Realty and even homes. It’s almost like he’s my personal Google. If he doesn’t have the answer he will find it for you. 3. Integrity - he’s a man of his word. I know we weren’t the easiest client to deal with, sometimes dubious - and struggled with just putting our fate in his hands since we had such a big move - but he pulled through as he said he would. So trust him from the get go, please don’t give him a hard time. He really is like a realtor guardian angel and really helped make this relocation process smoother by finding our home with only one homebuying trip. 4. Patience - no matter how many questions we had he always answered them with grace. Thank you so much for everything. We hope to not move anytime soon but if we do we sure will use him again.
