Jessica went over and beyond the call of duty to help us sell the house that was a very complicated situation since I was living several states away and this was an estate sale. She was able to coordinate services, showings and work through several barriers with the property and challenges with selling such an old home along with legal steps above normal process. She managed everything timely with exceptional communication keeping us posted and things on track with out us having to push or intervene AND without me being in the state. She was creative in advertising, marketing and negotiations. We have bought and sold over 20 houses in multiple states over the years and Jessica excelled beyond our expectations with this home sale. I would recommend her to anybody needing an advocate with an ethical and kind approach to both sides. She is fantastic.

Jessica was extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning of our new home search. Moving from out of state made for many challenges. She listened to our needs and desires and helped us find a home meeting them. She was readily available throughout the process to answer any of our questions and concerns.
