She answered every question that I had as well as questions that I didn't have, because again, I was a newbie; I didn't know what to ask. She did all of the things that I believe a good realtor should do. She was PRESENT, she communicated with the lenders, the superintendent, inspection person, she was involved a great deal, and I appreciated that. She didn't make me feel any type of way just because I didn't know everything about buying a home. She was super easy to contact in every way: phone, text, and email. Very communicative, polite, and calm. All the things you need in a time such as this. The cherry on top was her gift to me on the day of closing. Such a nice send off into home ownership!
