Jessica has great knowledge of the process no matter what side of the for sale sign she’s on. We had very unique purchase and some special circumstances and she pushed hard for deadlines and kept things moving. She never tried to talk us into anything and we never felt rushed even though she was moving other things fast. At one point she even made us aware of something, and probably disregard her sale/commission to protect us from a risk. In the end everything worked out great!
