Jessica came highly recommended, and I’m so happy we chose to work with her when buying our home in Grand Rapids. From the start, she was extremely professional and warm, greeting us at our first showing with an adorable welcome packet. She was incredibly communicative, prepared for everything we threw at her, and truly listened to our long list of likes and dislikes to understand exactly what we were looking for. Her automatic listing emails made it easy for us to move quickly in a market where some homes were selling within a day of being listed. We definitely kept her on her toes with all the showings; we saw her almost every other day for two weeks! We put in two offers that weren’t accepted, and she remained encouraging throughout the process, always reminding us that the right house was out there for us (and she was correct!). Even those declined offers came with compliments from the selling agents about her fast action and strong presentation. She made the entire process fun and stress-free, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better agent by our side.
