Being a first time home buyer, you step into the arena very gullible. At least it was for my fiancé and I. We had no clue what questions to ask or even the process from looking at a home to purchasing one. On top of everything else, we were nervous to know what realtors to trust and which ones were just trying to make a quick buck. Thankfully we came across Jesica Hart. She worked diligently to find us homes that fit our criteria, and went above and beyond to set up viewings with the owners as soon as they came on the market. She left out no information, including the bad, from the homes she showed us and she even threw in her professional opinion every now and again. This helped out immensely in finding the perfect home for us. Once we made the offer on our home, Jessica worked around the clock answering questions regarding the process, what was happening next, how much longer is was going to take and so on. She helped us with very educated answers, and allowed us to rest easy knowing we were in good hands. Needless to say, we moved into our home only 26 days after making an offer. Jessica Hart did a fantastic job helping my fiancé and I find and buy our first home and we couldn't be more happy and thankful!

Jessica was the most reliable, dependable and accessible real estate professional with whom we’ve ever worked.
