Jessica helped my family find the perfect home, listening to our needs, wants, and nice-to-haves. She navigated issues with the bank with grace, and did all she could to keep closing on track despite the bank's continued challenges. She knows the area well, knows the industry even better, and has the most amazing, friendly and easy going demeanor... and yet is still very talented at having "hard conversations" on our behalf.
