We had the best experience with Jessica Hardin representing us in both selling our home in Long Beach and buying our new home in Seal Beach. She is the perfect mix of positive, professional, efficient, and laser focused. She made sure every step of the process was stress-free (even when we ran into a very unprofessional agent on the other side of our purchase) and we were ALWAYS in the loop. We were nervous about selling our house in a rapidly changing market with interest rates increasing almost daily, but Jessica moved lightening fast to kick her team into high gear tackling everything from repairing electrical issues to picking out the perfect staging materials to get our house on the market ASAP. We had a very tight timeline in order for our purchase to go through. Other homes in the neighborhood had been sitting for weeks and months in this market. But with Jessica's knowledge, representation at the open house, and brilliant staging, we got two offers the first weekend! We were able to quickly and seamlessly close our house and she even negotiated getting us into our new home early. While in the stress of moving, she added so many personal touches that made our life so much easier- bringing us moving boxes, offering us all her connections with local repairmen, even facilitating some of our repairs after the sales had closed! Jessica was an absolute advocate. But what I appreciate the most is the sense of calm and cool she has while working like an absolute machine behind the scenes. I would recommend Jessica to any one of my friends or family members. We hope we never have to move, but if we do, we'll be calling Jessica.
