The list of excellent qualities could go on and on, but most importantly she really listened to us when we told her what we were looking for. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable about the current market, which is certainly saying something in these crazy times of home buying! She is thorough, efficient, responsive, and was so helpful when figuring out the complexities of making offers that have a chance of getting accepted. She was also quite good at pointing out various features/issues in the homes we considered, which was enormously helpful when deciding if a property was the right one for us or not. This was a complicated out of state move, and Jessica went above and beyond during the entire process, which made the entire experience a bit more tolerable to say the least. And most of all she is a lovely, kind, trustworthy person who I highly recommend for all of your real estate needs!

She took care of my needs as she would probably take care of her own. She emailed me listing that matched my criteria every day. She made sure the sellers repair/update everything mentioned in the contract. She made sure that everything was followed through with perfection.
