You won’t find a better realtor in all of Richland County! She goes above & beyond for her clients & is very patient with specific requests that may take some time to find. I was very specific with several different things I wanted/needed (location, house size, price, neighborhood type) & she was very diligent & patient in helping me to find what I wanted!

Our Realtor, Jessica Gribben helped land us our dream home! If you'd have told me that I'd be moving into the house we are, in the area that we bought it, for the price that we landed it for, I'd have called you crazy. But that's exactly what happened! We looked at the house the day it came on the market due to Jessica's dedication to her clients (we were notified within an hour of it coming in the market) and made an offer that same night. She was burning some midnight oil on that one for sure! It was a good thing she was able to accommodate us viewing it that day as it would have been gone the next day regardless. We were the 6th people to look at it that day and even while we were looking at it someone else pulled up and wanted to view it. We had already decided to make an offer on it by that point and my first inclination was to tell the other fella to take a hike, but luckily Mrs Gribben intervened and told them in a professional way that they should contact their Realtor. Due to Mrs Gribbens knowledge of the market she pointed us in the direction of how much we should offer on our house, maximizing our chances of getting it, without having us overspend too. It was nice to meet a young professional that's tireless efforts and dedication to her clients allowed us to achieve our end goal; the house of our dreams in exactly the area that we wanted. I can't say enough positives about her! I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone that's in the market for a Realtor that will give it her all to make your home dreams come true. She was even able to recommend a mortgage broker that was great to work with too. The entire experience was great. A huge thank you to Mrs Gribben!
