We live in San Jose, Ca and decided to buy a house in Carbondale. We invest in real estate in California so we are always dealing with real estate agents. Jessica is very knowledgeable about the area, is extremely attentive and is on it! Jessica is also personable and family oriented so we highly recommend her for first time home buyers or experienced real estate investors/developers. Her husband Kevin was also very involved and works as a project manager for a construction company in Aspen and was able to recommend the best contractors to redo our roof and deck. When we were back and forth from California to Carbondale Kevin and Jessica project managed the construction that was going on at our house.
