Jessica helped the reviewer sell this property

Extremely Good! Best Realtor I have ever encountered?

Jessica did a lot of research into the present Real Estate market for the area in which my house was located. She came up with a reasonable selling price with back up information as to how she arrived at her recommendation. She went over and above in her reporting of the on going activity of showings (etc.) of my property. SHE SOLD THE PROPERTY IN A SHORT PERIOD-IT HAD BEEN ON THE MARKET FOR MORE THAN A YEAR LISTED WITH OTHER REALITORS WITH VERY LITTLE ACTIVITY AND NO OFFERS OR SALE OF MY PROPERTY!! See did an excellent job--Mission Accomplished!!
