Jessica was very helpful. Her schedule was always open to show My wife and myself homes. She was very helpful with negotiations and providing knowledge for fist time home buyers, what to look out for, what would be best for us, etc.

Jessica was very professional and responsive at every encounter we had and still stays as helpful as she can be 2 months after closing. To start, she showed us a house we found and thought we wanted. It wasn't and as Jessica walked us thru the place, she listened to every comment we had for the house, positive and negative. Within the week, she found us the prefect house and at the right price. At the same time, she was there to answer any questions we had and acted as a go between with the mortgage company. When the closing was threatened to be pushed back, Jessica stepped up to push everyone and we closed on the scheduled day. Two weeks after the closing and some of the contracted repairs were not completed, Jessica was there again to make sure the repairs got completed. She is still helping us in getting the previous owners to get their address changed. I am highly impressed with Jessica as a professional and as a person. I will definitely recommend Jessica to anyone who might ask me if I know a good real estate agent.
