We worked with Jessica this past spring to buy a home in Revere. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to purchase. For me, one of her best qualities as a buyer agent was her dedication to us - she was ALWAYS available to look at homes, she was constantly on email and therefore able to respond to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. When a new listing came up that met our criteria, she was able to get us in there immediately. Jessica and I looked at a lot of homes together, and through this process, she really made an effort to truly get to know us and what our likes/dislikes/needs were, so when we looked at a house that was not quite right, she knew right away and never pushed...until the right one came up. When it did, she helped us work through the pros and cons, and when we decided what house we wanted.<br/><br/> Jessica also gave us great guidance in terms of what to expect when dealing with a foreclosed home and working with us. We had a few hiccups from the selling party. But Jessica never gave up on helping us get the house and worked with the other agent to overcome our differences and calm a very frustrated buyer.<br/><br/>After having our offer accepted the seller set a very demanding deadline for closing. Jessica went out of her way working with our mortgage broker, lawyer, and us. To help make sure we meet the demand while still crossing our I’s and dotted our T’s. <br/><br/>All in all, we had a fabulous experience with Jessica.
