She interviewed stagers, arranged photography, even offered to personally help us get our home ready. She was totally full service. She organized contractors from handymen, yard care, electrical, etc. to address any concerns from the inspection. Shes had two amazing open houses and invited all our neighbors and made gorgeous brochures of our house and put it on social media so it would get the most exposure. Her attention to every detail, sending us check lists of what needed to be completed, and when. Jessica kindly comforted me with the unexpected emotions that come up when leaving the home you raised your family in. She made a very stressful time feel so calming.
