We had been thinking about moving and making a change, but were worried about taking the leap with the current market situation. We decided it was now or never and we are so thankful we did. Jessica helped us thru every step of the process, and come to find out there was a lot we did not know and were unfamiliar with. We were trying to move away from Baltimore County and into a house with some more land in Carroll County. Come to find out, there is a lot that we were unaware of when it comes to trash service, septic and water; and Jessica made sure there we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions about "the biggest purchase we will ever make". Her knowledge and confidence made us feel at ease even when we were full of stress. When it was time to put our house on the market, Jessica had the best pictures taken of our old home and we were ecstatic with our return. We looked at many houses, but were so particular about what we wanted that it felt like it could take forever. She was never annoyed or bothered by our never-ending questions or our desire to see everything. In the end, we found our forever dream home and we could not be more happy. Jessica went above and beyond to assist us with our cross-country move. We were looking to purchase from 3,000 miles away, and Jessica was very thorough when looking at houses for us.
