Jessica was very proactive in holding open houses and going above & beyond to sell our condo - SUPER

Jessica met me early evening to state she could sell our condo. She knew market and trends and we listed quickly. She continued to hold open houses and work with potential buyers/offers. She went above board to check on condo as I am an out of town owner - ensuring A/C or heat was on and even faucet dripping when weather was to drop! Super communicative and worked through negotiating final deal for about a week - resulting in a happy buyer and seller! I'd recommend Jessica any day! Much gratitude for all of her efforts!
