Jessica Frazier was truly heaven sent ! We crossed paths at a back to school event that she held and I was happy to learn that she was a realtor! I was in a difficult living situation at that moment and needed to move but buying a house wasn’t technically on my radar. However with the educational information provided at that event, I thought buying a house might not be a bad idea. So I reached out after the event and Jessica jumped right into action no hesitation! EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming from our very first conversation all the way to Sold ! And beyond! As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing but Jessica was super knowledgeable and educated me on everything I needed to know plus more! Communicated with me no matter what time of day or night it was. Kept me in the know with any updates! In moments when I was feeling really anxious she calmed me down and was really reassuring which I really appreciated!
