We had to prepare our home to sell as well as find a new home at the same time. We also had to evaluate financial concerns. Jess directed us through it all. It would have been impossible for us to do all of this without her.
We engaged Jessica to find a new home and to sell our former home in Shore Acres Ponderosa Shores that had been flooded by Hurricane Helene. She very quickly found us a new home, enabling us to get out of the apartment we rented since the flood. Renovations were commenced on the Shore Acres home in December and were not completed until June, when Jessica listed the property for sale. Jessica kept in touch every step of the way, but I am sure was unprepared for what was to come after getting the house under contract within a few short weeks of the listing. In early July we experienced a second flood in the home from a plumbing leak. Jessica was there to help clean up the water as well as working hard to keep the house under contract with the buyers. After many weeks of questions from the buyers, Jessica managed to keep the deal on track and close on the contract in just a few short weeks. Jessica is very easy to work with and very responsive to questions and problems that arose after the second flood. She was a real trooper through it all and came through for us in finding a new home as well as selling our previous home, in my opinion very quickly, considering all that was involved in the sale transaction. I would highly recommend Jessica as a realtor who knows her stuff and gets the job done very professionally.
