This is a big deal, because you forge relationship with a new home that begins with the hunt and purchase process. The agent you involve in this process is a critical choice, so choose carefully. That said, from my experience you won't find a better agent anywhere! Jessica takes the time to get to know you, helping you understand what you are actually looking for. Her trade knowledge (the realty business, the market and the local area) is unmatched. There are realtors that are interested in a commission and realtors that are interested in a relationship. Jessica is fantastic! She developed and communicated schedules to show homes we were interested in, focusing on what was important to us and telling us when an area was just not right. We always felt first in our communications. Text messaging, phone calls, emails, she did it all! If we had a question, we always received a timely, honest answer.
