Jessica was wonderful from start to finish. We asked a lot of questions about updating the old house, and wish we would have used her as an Intermediary between us and the Builder of our new home. The builder's $5,000 discount was probably not as good a deal as Jessica could have gotten for us, because the builder stuck us with a lot of additional charges after the contract was signed and we had no negotiation power, whereas Jessica probably would have. Read home building contracts very closely, because you might pay $350 for the privilege to change, plus whatever the cost of materials is (OUCH!!!). I'll bet Jessica could have negotiated, because she's great! Jessica gave us stellar advice about what to update in our home to get it to sell: Granite, Tile, New Paint inside and out (recommended the hot new color for now: Agreeable Gray in Spring 2021), which might have changed by the time you read this review, but Jessica always has her thumb on the Pulse of what is selling currently. She helped us choose a price-point for selling which is crucial to avoid being undervalued or too high to get offers. What you really want is a bidding war, because your house is reasonably priced and gets multiple offers. With Jessica's help, we sold our home in 5 days for a little more than we asked. The Open House was the Sunday after we listed, and Monday we accepted an offer, the new owner scheduled a Home Inspection, and we completed Title Closing within less than a month. Jessica is a real go-getter, very motivated, focused, positive and energetic.
