As my property was a rental, and with the new laws in Oregon, she expertly negotiated with the tenant to allow for the buyer to move in earlier than would have been allowed. She also worked with my property management company and made sure all things were taken care of during property showings and the tenant move-out process. She made the entire process of selling the property look EASY. I will definitely contact Jessica again when I need real estate services. She is really great to work with!
