Jessica was awesome! This was my first home purchase and wanted to be sure I was in the right place and in the right home. She was patient and showed me a variety of places until I found the one that I knew was the right fit. Once we found the right one she worked with me to get everything in order. Only great things to say about Jessica.

Jessica helped us with the sale of our first home. Not only did we get a lot more than we expected, we got more than we asked. And it sold fast. 48 hours fast. We had buyers calling us within hours wanting a showing. We needed some minor repairs here and there and the buyer asked us to fix a few things as well. Jessica had all the contacts we needed to get our house ready to be sold. We got everything fixed very quickly because of Jessica. Electrical work. Done. Painting. Done. Siding. Done. HVAC. Done. She cleaned all of our windows, too! And they were immaculate. It felt like a new house. Jessica made the whole process so easy. So so so easy. I had to be out of town for closing but Jessica set everything up so I could sign early. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. She was wonderful to work with and I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

I worked with Jessica on the house I just bought 4/2016. She was wonderful at seeking out available homes to me sending me many lists for the criteria I was looking for. When it came to looking at the homes, she was quickly responsive in contacting the sellers and arranging a time to view the home. She is very willing to meet around your schedule. She even showed me a home at 8:30pm!! She went home that night and completed the offer and it was sitting in the seller's email box that next morning. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a very difficult seller. This market is very competitive right now and we dealt with a seller that believed we should pay additional monies often and throughout the course of purchasing the home. She kept an optimistic outlook and was persistent at nudging the seller to do the right thing and stick by his contract. I will tell you that while Jessica is new to the business, she is savvy and has a fantastic mentor in her firm that brings years of experience. Don't let her youth in the craft prevent you from choosing her to represent you. The demanding seller requested to close early after waiting to the last minute to agree to the appraisal after threatening to object to it. She jumped right in and got some of her own people to get some of the work done for the re-inspection so that we could indeed close early. She even sat with me while we waited over a hour for the sewer scope people to show up and perform my house's colonoscopy. She gets an A+ for effort and getting things done in a timely manner. All in all it could have been a terrible experience, but she made it happen and I am so grateful. Now I have a beautiful home and she helped me get there!!
