I have to start by saying thank you Jessica a thousand times over! My daughter and I were selling in Connecticut and purchasing in Florida within a 2-month period. Without Jessica's knowledge of the industry, attention to detail, follow-up with every question, every concern I don't believe our closings would have happened on schedule. With the crucial timing of our closings, Jessica was also constantly making sure that our realtor and attorney in Connecticut were on schedule, which they weren't if not for Jessica's genuine concern for my daughter Nicole and me. Jessica's compassion for her clients is an attribute that is not often found in the real estate business, she is a justified and proven asset to Coldwell Banker. I could continue with many more accolades about Jessica Farbman Price but the one I want to finish with is this, my daughter Nicole and I have gained a sincere and respected friend!!! Again, as I started, very pleased beyond words!!

Jessica is the total package when it comes to being your Realtor. She sold my home at top price. She made herself available for every step of the process from signing the Contract to moving out. She negotiated heavily in making sure I got the best price for my home. She was involved in the home inspection process and negotiated the items to be corrected. She was there to help us move out and believe it or not she got involved in the closing of our new home even though she was not involved in the sale. If not for her aggressive follow up with the wire transfers we would have had to spend the weekend in a hotel and pay the movers for storage. Thanks to Jessica we were able to close on both properties and get the needed funding to be able sleep in our new home on the night of the double closings. Thank you Jessica.

First I can say I know Jessica many years before she was a super agent !! She made the whole process smooth and efficient. From the initial offer to the appraiser, Inspection Etc. She was there personally and made sure everything was to plan. I cant Thank her enough for the fantastic job we closed before 30 days and no "by the ways" Thanks my Dear ... Oh and by the way she sold my Dad an awesome waterfront apartment on the intercoastal too this year The best of the best
