Jessica was great. Before reading any further, please know that we would highly recommend her as a buying or selling agent, in the greater South/ East Orlando market or beyond, for personal or for investment purposes. Following the selling our father’s property in Spring 2022 with 10 offers and for above list, Jessica advised us on options regarding our rental house starting in May 2022. There were issues, we had questions, she had/ found answers. Her advice was spot on at every turn. 1031 exchange rules and arrangements. Access to and direct advice from her top notch vendors, including mold remediation, handy work, professional photography and staging. Spending some up front money on painting and minor roof repair in order to show well and pass inspections… yet forgoing expenses/ efforts on pool and driveway matters in order to list “as is” at the ideal time of the selling season and optimize our return. Timing was key. We listed in March 2023 and sold in May for 97% of list price. Stayed ahead of the significant increases in mortgage rates and a looming discontinuation of the property insurance.
