Excellent expierence with Jessica

A friend of mine recommended Jessica to me. Turns out she grew up in my neighborhood. Which gave her a distinctive edge on selling my proprty. Before the For Sale sign was posted she already had several people lined up for the open house. The first open house was a busy one and within 6 days had our first contract. She was quick to respond to any issues that came up. She stays on top of things and is very responsive to my texts and phone calls. The first contract fell through, but within a little over week we had another contract which resulted the sale of the property. I am very happy with Jessica's performance and would recommend her to anyone who is selling their property.
